My Story
As the Founder of Maginnis & Co, I (Catherine Maginnis) have been providing design services since 2018, proudly featuring my designs in many magazine articles and books.
Running an online Interior brand for 6 years, cultivating my industry knowledge and contacts. Now focussing solely on my passion for creating incredible spaces for my clients, offering a variety of packages to residential and commercial users.

Enjoying and practicing a variety of interior styles, I thoroughly enjoy working with period properties, depicting it's character and features whilst incorporating a contemporary edge ensuring its usability for modern life.

I like to work closely with clients and really get a feel for their personality and likes, as well as the dynamics of who uses their space. I adore creating my clients dream space, a physical design to live or work in that can lift their mood, encourage positivity and harmony and meet all of their needs. It is a special thing to be able to deliver to someone.

My approach to client communication sets me apart from other designers by absorbing their brief and basing my design around their dream space. Using a designer on a 1-1 basis allows an end to end bespoke service, I am proud to offer construction of my own CAD (3d model) drawings to illustrate my designs to you which I provide as part of any full room design service as standard, I find this particularly helpful to give clients the ability to 'see' their space in action.
